Terms of Service
Last updated 29 October 2026
By adding Lami to a Discord server or using its dashboard, you agree to these terms.
What Lami is
A Discord bot that replies using an AI model, plus a web dashboard for configuring it. It is provided free, as-is, with no guarantee of availability. It may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.
Who may configure it
Only Discord users who own a server, or hold the Manage Server permission in it, can change that server's settings. You are responsible for what the people you grant those permissions do.
Acceptable use
You may not use Lami to:
- break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- harass, threaten, or abuse anyone
- generate sexual content involving minors, or content that is illegal where you are
- attempt to make Lami ignore its instructions or reveal its configuration
- automate requests, resell access, or place artificial load on the service
Custom personalities
Server administrators can give Lami a custom personality. That text is style guidance only: it cannot remove Lami's restrictions, and attempting to write it so that it does is a breach of these terms. You are responsible for the text you write, and it may be reviewed if abuse is reported.
AI-generated content
Replies are produced by an AI model and may be wrong, outdated, or misleading. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions. You are responsible for what you do with anything Lami tells you.
Suspension
Access for a user or an entire server may be withdrawn at any time, without notice, for breaching these terms or for abusing the service.
Liability
Lami is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use or unavailability.
Privacy
What Lami stores and who it is shared with is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
These terms may change. The date above is updated when they do, and continuing to use Lami means accepting the current version.
